ITF Tae kwon-Do Seminar
Two days very high level seminar was conducted by G.M Leong Wai Meng, Chairman Umpire Committee ITF for participants of 3rd Asian ITF Tae kwon-Do championships on 11th and 12th of November 2006.
All members of ITF, Afghanistan participated at this unique seminar and got experience of new rules and regulation of the five section of competitions 1, sparing 2, tulls, 3, Team sparing 4, self-defense routine.
