3rd Asian Tae kwon-Do Federation Congress
3rd Asian Tae kwon-do congress was held on November 10th 2006 at 16:00 – 18:00 hours at conference hall at the venue. In New Delhi the capital city of India with the attendance of ITF president and IOC Member prof.Chang Ung, ATF President Hwang Pong Yong ATF Vice president Master Kim Ung Chol, and 25 representatives from Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Japan, Korero in Japan, DPR Korea, Hong Kong, Malaysia, south Korea, Afghanistan, Iran, UAE, Ethiopia, Nepal, Bangladesh, India, China, Singapore.
At the congress he activities of ITF President and development of ITF with WTF and IOC was reported by the prof.Chong Ung President of ITF & IOC Member as well as ATF President reported all ITF activities and development and proposed issues concerned with the preparation of 4th Asian Championships which will be held in Kazakhstan were discussed
